By Mail: Please submit the following materials (postmarked no later than 5:00 p.m. on December 5, 2011) on a CD as described below, all of which are required to constitute a complete application. Regretfully, the Art Selection Committee cannot be responsible for lost, missing, or damaged materials. Incomplete or late applications may not be accepted.
No slides, reproductions or printouts will be accepted. CD's will not be returned.

3. Submit Form with a CD of 10 digital images (see below)

Digital Requirements:
Submit 10 .jpeg images burned onto a disc. Images should be oriented correctly and each image no larger than 3 MB
-format the longest dimesion of photo to 6"
-resolution approx. 300dpi
Submit images in JPEG format on a CD-ROM
Digital Image Size : All images approximately 6" on longest dimension
Image files must be labeled: 01, 02, 03, 04, etc followed by the Artist's Name Example: 02_Smith.jpg
All CD images must be both MAC and PC platform compatible
Include on CD all supporting material:
Corresponding IMAGE LIST [Word .doc] that includes Titles, Medium(s), and Dimensions
Artist Statement
Bio and/or Resume (optional)
Do NOT submit PowerPoint presentations OR automated slide presentations.
